Information we handle
We handle account details such as email, optional display name and company, language and timezone; password hashes and verification records; submitted files, targets and task settings; and billing, usage and notification delivery records. Technical information can include IP addresses, browser details and security logs. Registration also records the policy versions you accepted, the acceptance time and language.
Why we use it
We use information to provide requested services, manage accounts and billing, send verification and selected notifications, answer support requests, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Browser tools and uploaded files
Free browser tools process your input locally without submitting that input to our servers; loading the page still involves normal website requests. Console and API products may send submitted content to our servers for processing. Upload only information you are authorised to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Service providers and transfers
Necessary information may be processed by hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare for security verification, email providers, Telegram when you enable that channel, and payment providers when you use an available payment method. Information may be processed outside your country; we take reasonable steps to protect it and apply safeguards required by applicable law. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect the service and users.
Retention
Uploaded files and generated result files, including JSON, are normally available for 24 hours before cleanup. Detailed API results and request records are also subject to short-term cleanup. Daily aggregate usage, account, billing and security records are separate and may be retained longer for necessary operational or legal purposes. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Your choices and contact
You can update profile details, language, timezone and notification preferences in your account. For access, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of consent or other privacy requests, contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally necessary; withdrawing information needed to provide a service may limit that service. Material policy changes will be communicated where appropriate, and the updated date identifies the current version.
