When verification may be needed
Routine account registration uses email verification. Additional checks may be requested where account ownership is disputed, activity or payments appear unusual, or a payment provider or applicable law requires them. This does not mean every user must submit identity documents.
Information we may request
Depending on the specific risk, we may request proof of identity, account ownership or payment authorisation. For business accounts, this may include registration details and evidence of an authorised representative or beneficial owner. We request only information reasonably needed for the check and explain the purpose and secure submission method. Do not send identity documents through public channels.
Prohibited activity and measures
Do not use the platform for illegal funds, impersonation, fraud, sanctions evasion or hiding unlawful activity. Where reasonably necessary, we may request clarification, restrict an account, decline a transaction or suspend service. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and make disclosures where required by applicable law.
Handling verification records
Access to verification information is limited to authorised personnel and necessary service providers. Records are handled under the Privacy Policy and retained only for necessary legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
Questions or review
